FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is ProcessPack a law firm?

No. ProcessPack is a preparation and organization service. It is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Is ProcessPack a government agency?

No. ProcessPack is a private preparation service. It is not affiliated with any government agency.

What do I actually get?

A personalized preparation packet: a plain-English roadmap, a document checklist, template letters where relevant, and links to the official government source for the process.

Where does the information come from?

We summarize public official sources (agency instructions, forms, and published requirements) and link back to them. When a question depends on your situation, we ask you.

Do you fill out the forms for me?

No. ProcessPack prepares you to fill out forms accurately and gather the right documents. Some processes require an attorney or licensed professional to sign or submit — we tell you when that applies.

Can ProcessPack guarantee my application will be approved?

No. No preparation service can guarantee a government outcome. We reduce the chance of an incomplete packet, missing document, or overlooked fee.

Do you handle immigration cases?

We help you prepare immigration document checklists and understand common requirements. Complex immigration matters usually require a licensed immigration attorney; we recommend one when appropriate.

Is my information private?

Yes. Your intake answers and packet contents belong to you. We do not sell your data. See our privacy notice for details.
